Italian Milk: Wrong on So Many Levels.

Italian milk is wrong:

Milk should last longer than a week.

Milk SHOULD NOT last longer than 2 or 3 weeks.
Milk SHOULD NOT last 2 or 3 months.
That CANNOT be milk, can it?

I ordered pizza tonight with cheese on it that I am told was made from Buffalo milk.
Is this a lie?
idk.
But it was amazing.

So, cherish your American milk... and it's expiration date that makes sense.
